Contract
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received before I can start on outfit.
  • Order cannot be canceled once I received deposit. Deposit can be transferred
    to another suit of equal or greater value only if I have not ordered any supplies
    or begun working on outfit.
  • Balance is due before outfit will be shipped.
  • If balance is not received within 3 weeks of order completion suit will become
    sole property of Melanie Harvey and "Pageant Wear Designs by Melanie" and
    will be sold.
  • Payment Plans are welcome! I will work with you to find a plan that works with
    your budget.
  • I give great discounts for multiple suit orders, repeat customers, and
    customers who refer new clients to me.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance (which is required) costs.
  • Customer is responsible for taking their own measurements. Please make sure
    measurements are accurate. There will be an additional fee for alterations
    needed once outfit is received. I will provide a measurement chart for you.

All of my original designs and sketches are owned by Melanie Harvey and "Pageant Wear
Designs by Melanie". I reserve the right to use photos of your outfit on my webpage, in
emails, and in print to show examples of my work. I will only use pictures of your child if
you send me a photo with written permission to use it. I love to get pix of your little
beauties in their suits so please send them in! By signing below you agree to all terms and
conditions of contract.
