Contract

     
               
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I will start on a suit.

  • Order cannot be cancelled once deposit is received. Deposit can be
    transferred to another suit of equal or greater value only if I have
    not ordered any materials or started on suit.

  • Payment plans are welcome. I will work with you on an individual basis
    to suit your needs.

  • Balance is due before order will be mailed.

  • If balance is not received after 3 weeks of completion suit will
    become sole property of Melanie Harvey/"Pageant Wear Designs by
    Melanie" and will be sold.

  • Special discounts will be given to repeat customers, for multiple suit
    orders, and to customers who refer new clients to me.

  • There will be a charge for any alterations needed once suit is
    finished so please make sure your measurements are accurate.

All of my original sketches, photos, and designs are owned by Melanie
Harvey/"Pageant Wear Designs by Melanie" and may be used on my
website, email, and in printed materials to show examples of my work. I
will only show pictures of your child in a suit I've made if you send me a
photo with written permission to use it.  I love to get stage pix and
headshots of my "Beauties" in their original "Pageant Wear Designs by
Melanie" suits so please feel free to send them in. By signing below you
agree to all terms and conditions of contract.
